A traditional English porter blended with cold brewed coffee from Assembly Coffee Roasters.  Dark, creamy and delicious.

A malt-forward English-style pale ale with a medium body and noticeable but not overpowering hop finish. ABV 6.0.  Also available in 22 oz. bottles.

The "BTA". Our tribute to our friends and neighbors to the north us us just up County Route 30. A classic interpretation of the traditional workingman's beer served in pubs all across the United Kingdom. This refreshing and highly drinkable beer, commonly known as a "bitters" in the UK, is brewed with Newport and East Kent hops. ABV 4.5.  Also available in 22 oz bottles.

Our newest creation.  This is the first collaboration beer between husband and wife, R.S. and Kelley Taylor.  First in a series of collaborative beers pushing the flavor profile boundaries of English Ale yeast, this pale English Strong Ale is brewed with local clover honey and infused with Medieval Herbs (Sweet Melissa, raspberry leaf, dandelion root and burdock root), lemongrass and strawberry.  You will initially notice notes of strawberry, honey and lemon on the nose, followed by interesting esthers left behind in the fermentation of the honey.  Generous in mouthfeel, with a fine, creamy head, the herbal infusions create interesting flavors on the tongue which are reminiscent of those found in the finest Belgian tripel beers, as well as a refreshing "briskness" at the end (from the raspberry leaf), similar to the sensation experienced by drinking high quality black teas.   This ale is slightly hazy with a pale straw colour and clocks in at 9.5 ABV.

Just like the name implies, this IPA/APA is chock full of delicious hop flavor and aroma.  It is brewed as a West Coast Style IPA, a bit different from the Vermont or East Coast style that is ubiquitous here. We used our own Misty Bleu Farm-grown Cascade and Newport hops, as well as Magnum hops from other New York growers. This recipe is our "house" IPA, with an extremely smooth finish for an extensively dry hopped beer. Classic West Coast in every sense of the word. ABV 7.6.  Also available in 22 oz bottles.

A highly drinkable, American style pale ale.  Named in honor of one of our hard-working fellow brewers.  This is a stalwart beer.  5.5 ABV

Update:  Kicked as of 5/1/17! A light, refreshing wheat beer with a mild tang of blood orange on the tongue.  Made with local honey from Good Day Honey.  5.2 ABV

R.S. is furiously brewing up something new for you as we speak!
